    yday was a good day despite not doing much in particular. making a call to granny was indeed a perfect move. i love to sneak away from home to her place esp during days that ver & i have nothing special on the list. we decided to take the nel and bus 325 to our destination since we wanted to buy durians for granny at hougang central. but but.. its so wrong. the train was fast. from my place to hougang took 15mins (inclusive of waiting time). however, the bus ride within just hougang (from hougang central to hougang ave 9) was like 30mins! it was juz pure madness, i had no idea after 10mins, we STILL ended up at the opposite side of the central. ={

    fine, finally we reached her place at 8pm when she had already cooked so many yummy dishes.. waiting for us. geez, lucky we bought durians, she din grumble upon seeing that. haha. the dinner was beyond words la, perhaps ver and i haven been eating home-cooked food for quite some times, the food seemed like the best cuisine ever tasted. i had my second bowl of rice.. it may sound nothing but i haven been asking for more rice since donkey years ago. lotus soup was sweet, soya chicken was tender, the veg was fresh, the ma po tofu was abit salty but tofu itself was juz irresistable. yes.. damn full after dinner, coupled with durians and gui lin gao for dessert, my stomach was then like a soccer ball. ={

    lets continue, the night was left toking cock and more cock. left granny's place abt 11pm, was thinking hw shld we head home since bus 325 took hell lots of unncessary time.. and then we settled for..

    a walk.

    yes, ver & i decided to walk from hougang back to boon keng. cool! his est time required would be 2 hrs and of coz, we really did walked. the walk was good, not many car, air was good and my stomach become slightly smaller. =) we had pit stops every nw and then like kiosk which we met a typical singaporean (unreasonable), supermarket (for buying plaster for ver) and DVD rental place. by the time we reached home, the clock showed 1.15am. we made it. =)

    the est. distance based on streetdirectory.com is 7.4km. if we have taken two service bus, we will reached home in 3o to 45mins.

    for him: i love walks.. but i will never complete this walk without you. and im sorry for the bleeding and next time, we shld walk only when you have ur old slippers on.
